What are the tank anti-corrosion measures

The antisepsis problem of oil tanks is a cliché problem. Today we have provided us with some specific methods and we hope to help everyone.
1. Cathodic protection
The cathodic protection method of the sacrificial anode is used to protect the cathode on the upper surface of the tank bottom plate. Due to the temperature factor, the zinc should not be selected when selecting the anode; considering the safety factor, magnesium should not be selected, so the aluminum alloy is the best choice. This method is easy to install and easy to replace.
2, paint anti-corrosion
The requirements for the anti-corrosion coating are: the storage product is resistant to penetration, moisture-resistant, and not deteriorated; has good adhesion performance, anti-cathode stripping, impact resistance, easy repair, storage temperature resistance, and good aging resistance. Due to the friction between the oil and the pipe wall during the transportation process, antistatic coatings with resistivity below 108 ohms are required.
Since the sacrificial anode is installed on the bottom plate of the tank, static electricity can be led out through the anode. Heavy-duty glass flake coating is preferred. This coating has many advantages: chemical resistance medium immersion, impact resistance, good adhesion and wear resistance, Excellent anti-permeability, low solvent, high solid content, thick coating, etc.
